HOW DID PRINCE GEORGE, PRINCESS CHARLOTTE AND PRINCE LOUIS LEARNED ABOUT KATE MIDDLETON’S CANCER DIAGNOSIS

On March 22, Kate Middleton had revealed the reason of her absence from public eye in a video she shared. Middleton announced in the video that she was diagnosed with cancer, after her abdominal surgery.

“I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you, personally, for all the wonderful messages of support and for your understanding whilst I have been recovering from surgery,” Middleton said.

“It has been an incredibly tough couple of months for our entire family, but I’ve had a fantastic medical team who have taken great care of me, for which I am so grateful. Tests after the operation found cancer had been present.”

“This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.”

“As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them and to reassure them that I am going to be okay.”

It is unknown that if the children of Prince William and Kate middleton, George, Charlotte, and Louis are aware of their mother’s condition. But as the video was published, after their children’s school was closed, it was to prevent their children to be faced with rough questions.

“George is ten now and can’t be shielded from any of this now,” a source said. “Once it’s at the school gate and in the school playground, he won’t be able to avoid it.”

The former butler of King Charles, Grant Harrold stated that the Prince and Princess of Wales would tell their son Prince Louis the “sugarcoated” version of Middleton’s health problems.

“I’m sure it was a very difficult and very different conversation between children,” Harrold said. “For instance, for Louis, I’m sure the conversation was more sugarcoated than it was with George and Charlotte.”

“The older children can understand more, so I’d imagine it was a little more frank but undoubtedly staying positive, which is so important.”

“That’s why when you now look at the picture of Kate with her three children, it brings a tear to your eye. For any mother to have that conversation is huge and you can imagine Charlotte and George are going to be good supports for her.”

“It’s a tricky one. I’m sure the children will be handling it as any kids would be expected to handle it, but I think their parents are very good at being calm and collected, and I think that will rub off on the children,” Harrold continued.

Hello! Magazine’s royal expert, Danielle Stacey talked about the royal couple’s Easter plan with their children. “Charles has minimized his contact with larger crowds to reduce risks as he continues his cancer treatment,” Stacey said. “While we’ve seen the King conduct small audiences at Buckingham Palace, he’s not attended any large-scale gatherings since his diagnosis, such as the reception for Korean War Veterans last week, the Commonwealth Day service and the memorial for the late King Constantine in Windsor last month.”

A source stated that Kate Middleton found peace and happines during her recovery, while she spent some time with her children. And stated that they are keeping their children on a healthy diet.

“They don’t allow George, Charlotte, and Louis to have chocolate and sweets every day, so it was a real treat,” the source said.

“They enjoy family bike rides, playing tennis and George and Charlotte are taking horse riding lessons. Charlotte is obsessed with horses, just like her great-grandmother. It’s her favorite activity.”

“The children always brighten up her day, and she always says that when she goes through a difficult time, having her family there always helps. She feels so blessed to have her kids and a loving family.”

GB News host Bev Turned had stated in her show that royal couple must protect their children. She also said that Middleton wanted to tell her children in her own time,” and added that she “didn’t want to be pushed into it” as the speculative news are on the run.

“She’s got them off for Easter for 2 or 3 weeks now, and she can talk to them and keep them close,” Turned added.

“It’s very important to try and manage the children because it’s just really frightening knowing that your mother’s ill and they will probably have a lot of questions,” Turned said and her co-host Andrew Pierce concluded as, “And also, kids on the playground are cruel, and it’s better that it’s not exposed to the kids on the playground just yet.”
