YOUNG MAN WHO WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A FATAL DISEASE, TALKED TO HIS BROTHER ABOUT THE ISSUE
The diagnosis of cancer had came to his parents, David and Shannon Bailey, back in 2016. 9-year-old Ian Dane Bailey was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, an aggressive type of bone cancer.
He had won over his cancer on 2019, little boy went through many chemo sessions and surgery.
On one occasion, a team of musicians had surprised little boy who was battling cancer, with Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite.”
But sadly, in 2021, the cancer returned, and this time, it was fatal, as the doctors had stated.
With the new results, his uncle, Junie Victor had created a GoFundMe page, and got him more than $2,000. In the page, Victor had stated for his nephew, “incredibly smart, wise, caring, and selfless boy, who has been able to provide comfort to all while enduring and processing this major life change.”
“Even if I don’t survive this, at least I have contributed to science to help find a cure for this disease,” said little boy.
And at the age of 15, he confronted his little brother, and stated that he will be gone. Until his last breath, he had decided to live as much as he can.
On the 4th of April, 2023, he passed away at the age of 16. His parents had said that people should donate, Fourth and Gold Foundation in his name, and do not bring flowers.
