FRANK CAPRIO HAD REVEALED HIS CANCER DIAGNOSIS FROM A VIDEO HE SHARED ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Judge Frank Caprio, the iconic name of Caught in Providence, had revealed from his social media account that he was diagnosed with cancer.
The beloved judge of his spectators, had revealed that he was, “diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas, which is an insidious form of cancer.”
Caprio revealed that he found out about the diagnosis during, as he stated, “one of the happiest days of the year for me,” which was his birthday on the last month.
87-year-old Caprio stated in the video, “This birthday is a little different than any other I have ever had.”
“Quite recently, I was not feeling well and received a medical examination and the report was not a good one. And so I have been diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas, which is an insidious form of cancer.”
He stated that he is in the capable hands of the medical teams of Rhode Island and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he is receiving his treatment.
Caprio continued, “I pray that God guides their thoughts and their hands in their treatment of me. I know this is a long road and I’m fully prepared to fight as hard as I can,” as he asked for prayers from his fans.
“One thing that people ask me is, ‘What can I do for you?’ First of all, I can’t thank all of you enough for your friendship and your kind messages. But I would ask each of you in your own way to please pray for me. I am in need of the power of prayer, which I believe, in addition to the medical treatment that I’m receiving, is the most powerful weapon to help me survive this.” Caprio continued.
“Just knowing that you were keeping me in your thoughts means the world to me. So thank you for all your past messages. Thank you for your loving support. And please remember, just a small prayer, I’d really appreciate it.”
