WOMAN SAW HER HUSBAND AT THE LUNCH, AS SHE WAS THINKING HIM AWAY IN A BUSINESS TRIP
Jane was out with her colleagues for lunch, as she was alone at home, since her husband was at his business trip.
She wanted to eat some grilled calamari and garlic bread, while drinking her wine, and talk with her colleagues.
They arrived at the restaurant they had booked for themselves. She started to observe other tables, as she stated that she was a lawyer, and asked that if all lawyers do that, to see if they have a client, or former client present at that location.
But for her luck, she saw her husband, Tom, who was in his business trip, out of the town. He was eating nachos as he was smiling towards his phone.
Jane thought, “Who is he talking with, if not me? And why he was smiling?” she stated that the last time her husband smiled that much, was at their anniversary, five years ago.
She decided to watch her husband, without noticing him about her presence. She wanted to catch him on the act, as if he was going to meet with another woman.
As Jane kept watching Tom, her friends had already started to their conversation. She was drinking from her wine, and watching her husband. Then a man approached to her husband, and handed him an envelope.
“Is he doing something illegal?” she thought to herself. She decided to move to the other side of the table, to get a better view. She tried to hide behind a menu, as she tried to see what the envelope was carrying.
She saw her own photos, as she recognized her own green coat and hair. She took their picture, to keep an evidence for herself.
It turned out that her husband was trying to frame Jane with cheating him, as there was an article on their prenup, which was stating that if one of the individuals would cheat, the marriage would be over with a divorce, and the cheating party would be left with nothing.
Tom was trying to take everything, so he tried to plot behind Jane. And Jane learned that Tom was already cheating on her, as he wanted to take everything into his other relationship.
After a week later, Tom had filed for divorce, and as he was sure that he would win, he had no idea that Jane had the proof of his plotting.
As he tried to tell his fake story, Jane waited for her turn to talk. Then it was her time. She confidently presented her proofs, and at the end, she was the real winner.
Jane was freed herself from that toxic man, as she one by one proved that her husband was a cheater and a liar, at the court.
As she is alone now, she is happier than ever.
