A mother from Ukraine, Oksana Kobeletska, was happy to share her pregnancy news with her husband. But her husband didn’t responded as she would expected.
They had received the shock of their lives, on the ultrasound. They found five babies in the belly of Kobeletska. She had stated, “Nobody in our family has ever had it. There was not a single case of that kind. Generally speaking, I didn’t expect it and never anticipated it.”
“I can’t even imagine right now how it is going to be to raise so many children at once.” She had said.
Serhii, husband of Kobeletska, had left his family, as he was overwhelmed with the situation. Kobeletska was frustrated, as she was left alone when she was about to go into labor in few months.
She had held her quintiplets in 2016, as they were early two months. The babies stayed in the intensive care for a while.
Denis, Dariya, Vladyslav, Oleksandra, and David got to their house, to their mother, after a long time in hospital. Kobeletska had received incredible support by his family, friends and strangers that had learnt her condition.
Many volunteers had tried to help her in her journey, as they had learnt her story. Mayor of the city she was living in, had gifted her a big apartment, and the president had gave her family a car, so that they could use in times of need.
After some donations, Serhii came back to his family, as it made her happy for a while. Then Serhii left them again, for good this time.
“The head of our domestic chores is our granny. She is responsible for cooking and washing,” Kobeletska said about her mother, Olga.
Kobeletska had created an Instagram account for her family, and now, she has more than 175,000 followers.
