WIFE KICKED MOTHER-IN-LAW OUT AT NIGHT, AFTER SHE FOUND OUT THAT HER MOTHER-IN-LAW FIDDLING HER ROOM
A woman had shared her story on Reddit’s r/AITA subreddit. She had explained that her mother-in-law was helping with the children, since her husband and herself were working. The woman stated that she as three children. Twin daughters who are twelve, and a nine-year-old boy.
It was a usual Friday for them, as her mother-in-law came late, at 7 p.m., her kids fell asleep at 8, and she waited for the parents until 2 a.m. The mother had said that she paid her mother-in-law $150.
As the mother arrived to her home, she saw that her mother-in-law was sleeping on the couch, as usual. But there was a problem. The house was a mess. The wife had explained the situation as, “Like my room had been gone through, my computer personal files had been left open (definitely were not up when I left)- files that contain intimate photos of both me and my husband mind you.”
She found her dog on the bed, as it was forbidden for the dog, since the dog was staying in her kennel. Her bathroom was in a mess, her stuff were thrown at everywhere. The livingroom was filled with trash, with candy wrappers, etc.
But the main problem was that her mother-in-law had went through her computer and office, which she had intimate pictures with her husband, and there were some private informations about her work. As she explained, there is one rule at their house, and that is no entry to the office.
After she found out that her computer was gone through, she immediately woke her mother-in-law, and said that she needs to go. Her husband had asked what happened, but when he learned what his mother did, he supported his wife.
The mother-in-law had stated that she was searching for solitaire to play, that was what she searched for, and she wanted to leave in the morning. The wife said no and kicked her out.
On the next morning, they saw the horrible messages from the mother-in-law, and she stated that if they had places that people are not allowed at their home, they should have bought locks.
As the Redditors learned about the situation, they had supported the wife, and stated that what the mother did was terribly wrong, and adviced the wife that they should not let mother come to their house again.
They had stated that the mother-in-law had destroyed the trust the parents had put in her, both trusting her with their child and their home.
