WHO IS THIS GIRL, DAUGHTER OF A WORLDLY KNOWN ACTOR, SLEPY UNDER THE BRIDGE, WHILE HER FATHER MADE MILLIONS THROUGH HIS MOVIES
The father of this girl, who is an incredibly famous actor, had talked about his love life in his book, “Never Grow Up.” The actor got married with a Taiwanese actress in 1982, and they had a son together.
At the same year he got married and welcomed his son, the actor had caught in his affair. The news of the affair revealed that the actor was cheating his wife with the former beauty queen, and from their affair, the girl we are talking about was born.
The actor had talked about the situation in his book as, “When the news broke about an affair I’d had that resulted in a love child, the media frenzy was like a bomb going off. I wanted to phone Joan but didn’t know what to say. I wouldn’t be able to explain this. It wasn’t a mistake I could fix by saying, ‘I’m sorry.'”
When he talked about his wife about his affair, his wife was incredibly calm and stated, “I don’t want you to hurt her, and I don’t want her to hurt us. If you need me or our son to show up and stand by your side, we’ll do that. I know you must be feeling awful now. Don’t worry about me, I’m fine. You go deal with this.”
In another statement, the actor revealed in 2015 that he was forced to be married with his wife after she became pregnant with their son, as the actor said that he never wanted to be married. “It was an accident which conceived Jaycee. I had never thought of getting married, but I felt it was akin to being forced to get married.”
The girl we are talking about the legendary movie maker Jackie Chan’s daughter, Etta Ng Chok Lam, from the former actress and beauty queen Elaine Ng Yi-lei.

Chan never mentioned about his duaghter Chok Lam in his book, as he had talked a lot about his son. When the book was published, Chok Lam got married with her wife Andi Autumn, when she was 19.
Chok Lam had revealed that she had struggled a lot with her girlfriend in Canada, which they came out as lesbian’s in 2017, and revealed their relationship. In 2018, the couple got married, and they shared a video on the social media, as they revealed that they were struggling a lot financially.
The couple stated that their friends and families had disowned them for their identities, and they didn’t wanted to live in a homeless shelter as they were afraid of separating one another. Chok Lam said, “We’ve been homeless for a month due to homophobic parents. We’ve pretty much slept under a bridge and other things… We’ve gone to the police, the hospital, food banks, LGBT community, shelters, and all of them just don’t give [expletive]…We don’t know what to do at this point.”
They wanted to share the video as it was their last chance. She wanted everyone to share it so the video would attract interest and they would receive help.
As her mother saw the video, Yi-lei had helped her daughter, as she once had bailed her out after Chok Lam and her wife couldn’t pay their bill at Mong Kok hotel. She said, “I feel that if they have no money, they should go find work. They shouldn’t film a clip telling others they are broke and who Etta’s father is. People all over the world work hard and don’t rely on someone else’s fame to get money.”
When it was 2015 Yi-lei was arrested for child cruelty, but later she was released, which then Chok Lam and Autumn had went to North Point as they dropped out of school.
She also responded to the people who were criticising her for not helping her daughter, as she said that everyone in the world was working.
When Chok Lam talked about her father, she stated that she doesn’t feel like she has a father, or she has any feelings towards Chan. “He is not my dad. I have no feelings for him. He is my biological father, but he is not in my life…He never existed in my life. I will never regard him as a father. I would not say that he is my dad. I would say, ‘Oh, Jackie Chan, an actor.'”
In 2023, Chok Lam had talked about reuniting with her mother as, “I’d rather be homeless and eat stale bread than reunite with my mother.”
