TYLER PERRY IS HELPING THE 93-YEAR-OLD WOMAN, AS SHE WAS “PUSHED OUT” FROM HER OWN LAND THAT HER FAMILY HELD SINCE CIVIL WAR

As it is reported, 93-year-old Josephine Wright was on a battle iwth Bailey Point Investment LLC, who are planning to establish 147 townhouse in the area, where Josephine is living too.

TMZ reported that Tyler Perry had the news of the situation, in the beginning of July, this year. It was stated that Bailey Point were aiming to buy the land from Wright, as they wanted to enlarge their consturct area, in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

But she had no interest in selling her land, and in return, Bailey Point started a lawsuit to take the ownership of the land.

Later on, her family had started a GoFundMe page to help her with her legal expenses. She had gained a huge support, as she had received Tyler’s support too, when he adressed to the situation from his Instagram account.

“‘I’ve pretty much been a fighter all my life’ said 93 year old Josephine Wright. Well, that makes two of us. Ms. Wright, please tell where to show up and what you need to help you fight.” He said.

It is stated by TMZ, that Perry is going to build a five-bedroom house for her, in South Carolina, for her to live with her five grandkid.

But last month, as her family had stated, a tree had fallen on the roof of her house, and they made a statement on her GoFundMe page.

“After we had an amazing weekend celebrating and honoring Grandma Josephine in Bluffton at the Roots & Rivers Festival and through a powerful yoga session at her home on Sunday, the tree decided to give up and give in,”

“Grandma Josephine wasn’t home and luckily, no human was injured. I can’t say the same for the house. She sustained 2 holes in her roof.”
