THE STATEMENT DONNY OSMOND MADE ABOUT HIS FAMILY, AND THE REACTION FROM FANS
He was no more older than 14, when he became the boyfriend figure for the girls, back in 70s. As he sang with his brothers, he also worked on TV with his sister, Marie.
In their weekly show, they had sang many songs, and many guests with huge fame, like, Tina Turner, Lucille Ball and Paul Anka.
When it was 1978, he married his love, Debra Glenn, and recently, he had celebrated his wife from his social media account. He had captioned the post, “I asked this sweet little girl named Debbie Glenn to marry me 45 years ago today. It was the best decision of my life,”
“I remember when you got married. A million young hearts were broken. Congratulations,” wrote a fan, and the other one had said, “…And millions of women all over the world had their hopes & dreams crushed!”
Together they had five children with Debra, Don 1979, Jeremy 1981, Brandon 1985, Christopher 1990 and Joshua 1998. And from their sons, they had 14 grandchildren to share their love.
Back in 29th of June, he had shared a picture with his newborn grandson, as he stated, “Thank you, Chris and Alta for bringing another beautiful grandson into Debbie’s and my life. Welcome to our family, Dune Tyler Osmond. You truly are an angel from heaven.”
“There was a day (100 years ago) I would have given my life for Donny to look at me like that,” a fan commented.
“This is the most beautiful picture I have ever seen. Donny…you are a great man! I can feel the love right through the screen.”
“Oh, more than that. Several soccer teams,” Donny said about his grandchildren.
“It’s sweet chaos, is what it’s called. We had a 4th of July party just not long ago and had everybody over. It was… we had the time of our lives. It was fantastic.”
