TEEN SON WAS FURIOUS WHEN HE LEARNED THAT THE NANNY HAD A FIRST-CLASS TICKET, WHILE HE WAS IN THE ECONOMY CLASS

A mother had shared her story on Reddit’s r/AITA subreddit. She had explained that her son behaved meanly, as he heard that they were going to buy first class tickets to their nanny, and her son, so he stated that they should be received economy class, then the mother had punished her son with economy class ticket.

She had explained that they had their son, Matt, when they were 17, and since they were unexperienced, they raised their son spoiled.

Then the mother stated that their economical status is great now, as they have higly paying jobs, and a luxurious house. They have two more children, which are aged five and eight. They had hired a nanny for their children, since both of the parents were working.

Then mother explained that her eldest son, Matt, had a difficult character, as he was in a private school, the interaction with other privileged children may have broke his character. The mother stated that they tried their best to fix their son’s behaviour, but as time passed, it got worsened.

The mother explained as, “It got better when my husband and I decided that at age 16, he would work part time so he could start taking financial responsibility and that seemed to give him a reality check as we cut our support on his perks.”

After the COVID was relieved from the world, they decided to take a trip with their family and their nanny. And Matt heard that they would get their nanny a first class ticket so she would be with them, with her son.

Matt found it absurd, since she was their worker, she should be in the economy, as she was below from them, in his mind.

Then the mother had stated that if he keeps talking about it, he will be the one who flies in the economy, but he thought that his mother was joking.

The mother stated, “As the months went by and I warned him that his ticket was economic and he didn’t believe it.”

As the day arrived for their trip, Matt was shocked when he received his economy class ticked, while the whole family was on the first class side, with the nanny and her son.

The mothere had concluded the argument, “You had 6 months to gather, you’ve been warned.”
