AFTER KATE MIDDLETON’S CANCER DIAGNOSIS REVEAL, A ROYAL EXPERT TALKED ABOUT AN “UPSETTING” JUDGEMENT

As Kensington Palace didn’t gave an update about Middleton’s health update, as she was absent from public eye since her abdominal surgery, on March 22, Middleton had shared from social media that she was diagnosed with cancer.

“I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you, personally, for all the wonderful messages of support and for your understanding whilst I have been recovering from surgery. It has been an incredibly tough couple of months for our entire family, but I’ve had a fantastic medical team who have taken great care of me, for which I am so grateful,” Middleton stated in the video she shared.

“My medical team, therefore, advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment. This, of course, came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.”

“As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok. As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirits.”

“We hope that you will understand that, as a family, we now need some time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment. My work has always brought me a deep sense of joy and I look forward to being back when I am able. But for now I must focus on making a full recovery.”

“For everyone facing this disease, in whatever form, please do not lose faith or hope. You are not alone,” Middleton concluded in the video.

As Express reported, Kate Middleton wanted to share the diagnosis herself, just like King Charles, who talked about his own diagnosis with cancer few months ago.

“The Princess wrote the statement herself, and they are entirely her words,” a source stated.

A spokeperson for Kensington Palace had stated, “The Prince and Princess are both enormously touched by the kind messages from people here in the UK, across the Commonwealth, and around the world in response to Her Royal Highness’ message. They are extremely moved by the public’s warmth and support and are grateful for the understanding of their request for privacy at this time.”

As the royal couple stayed silent, it is not know that if the royal children, George, Charlotte, and Louis aware of their mother’s diagnosis.

“George is ten now and can’t be shielded from any of this now,” a source said. “Once it’s at the school gate and in the school playground, he won’t be able to avoid it.”

As another source stated, Prince William had turned on a protection mode over his family against the subjects which are talking in media, and public.

“All he wants to do is protect his wife and children. The family just want to go away for Easter, spend time together, the five of them, close off from the world and move on.” The source said.

“William is extremely proud of his wife for the courage and strength she has shown not just this week, but since her surgery in January.”

“He has always done all he can to protect his family and now more than ever he’s focused on ensuring his wife has the privacy she needs to fully recover and that his children are shielded from the understandable interest in the news that has been shared.”

As a former aide stated, Middleton is dealing with her cancer diagnosis better than people would thought.

Paddy Harverson is the former aide, who worked as the communications secretary to Prince William from 2004 for 2013. In his interview with Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg, Harverson stated that Middleton is dealing with her diagnosis “better than people will realise.”

“I think actually better than people realise. They are very strong, both as a couple and individually,” Harverson added.

“She always had this great strength and she didn’t want to make a fuss about it when she felt that she needed help. So I’m confident that them as a couple and individually they will get through this.”

“If we hadn’t had all the madness on social media, the Mother’s Day photo madness, they would have still done it like this.”

“They would have still waited until when the schools were breaking up to make this announcement.”

“It feeds off itself it is sort of a permanent doom loop. It is the worst I’ve ever seen – and I’ve been in the media all my career.”

Another royal expert Kinsey Schofield had stated that Kate Middleton was afraid before she released her announcement. “I think what hurt me the most was there was a sense of fear,” Schofield shared.

“No matter what, she is stoic, she is brave, she’s courageous and she’s beautiful. But I sensed a little bit of fear in her voice throughout the process.”

“That’s what made me feel the most emotional about it. I feel like the Palace’s objective was, ‘How do we present this really big, really scary news?’ They did that to ensure people are still confident in the Royal Family and give them the privacy that they need.”
