The couple had married in 2017, at the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans, as their daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. was 11 weeks old.

Alexis, had celebrated their sixth anniversary from his X account, as he stated, “How did 6 years and 2 kids go by so fast?? I’m trying to be a better man every day. With his tweet, he didn’t just celebrated their anniversary, and also thanked his wife about their children, and life.
As they are happily living in their family, with their two children, Serena Williams had talked about the hard parts of the marriage. “Marriage is not bliss,” she had joken in an interview, as she had stated that there are hard parts in marriage too, doesn’t matter how much you love the person that is in your life.
“But it can be if you work at it,” she had added.
She had explained that, while she was giving birth to her first daughter, she was almost dying. She had said about maternal health as, “Every mother, everywhere, regardless of race or background deserves to have a healthy pregnancy and birth.”
