SANDRA BULLOCK HAD SOLD HER HILLTOP FARM, TO MOVE CLOSER TO HER SISTER
Talented and famous actress, Sandra Bullock, also successful in her real estate career. She had listed her home at West Coast to sell, as her friend Alan Long was the realtor. She wanted $6 million for he house that is called “sanctuary”, that has a land of 6,000 square feet, and can be called a single story ranch.
The place has four bedrooms and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, La Courne pven, and a dining area.
It also comes with Creston Smart Home system with six fireplaces that are in the house, and three outside of the house. A courtyard with gate welcomes as it is followed by vines and a fountain.

The house is surrounded with a trail path that is covered with avocado and citrus trees. There is also a chicken coop and a charging station for electric cars.
Alan Long had stated that Sandra Bullock had added more walking paths, a pool and imported ancient olive trees to the land and added that it creates, “views that call Tuscany to mind.”

Long had revealed the reason for selling the land as, “She is looking for a farm closer to her sister on the East Coast.”
In December of 2022, Bullock had sold her property for $5.6 million, to a Newport Beach-based company called IAAA LLC.
She had bought a Mediterranean-style home at Valley Center in 2007, for a price of $2,7 million.

The house is sitting on a isolated area, as she was seeking some privacy.
After selling her San Diego home, Sandra Bullock was seen with her sister, Gesine Bullock-Prado, as she shared posts in her social media account.
Bullock also revealed in March of 2022 that she will be taking a break from the industry for a period of time, as she stated that she needs time with her family and herself.

She had said that she is taking her career as an actress very seriously, but she needs to spent some time with her children, as she said, “And I just want to be 24/7 with my babies and with my family. That’s where I’m gonna be for a while.”
She was asked while promoting her movie, The Lost City, that if it would be the last movie for a period of time that we could see her in, and she had confirmed that.
As it is revealed later that she sold her house and moved closer to her sister to care for her longtime partner, late Bryan Randall.
In August of 2023, Randall had lost his life at the age of 57.
