RUMER WILLIS NAMED HER DAUGHTER WITH THE INSPIRATION SHE RECEIVED FROM HER FATHER, BRUCE WILLIS
Actress Rumer Willis, had stated that she named her daughter, after she received some inspiration from her legendary actor father, Bruce Willis. She explained that she named her daughter with the “mix of things” she loved, as she paid tribute to her father, who is battling against dementia.
Rumer stated that she wanted to pay tribute to her father with the name of her daughter, from her boyfriend, Derek Thomas. Their daughter was born in April, this year.
The actress named her daughter as, Louetta Isley, and talked about the inspiration she received while naming her daughter.
Rumer stated that she always liked the name “Lou,” for a girl or a boy, and as they learned that they will be welcoming their daughter, they agreed on Louetta. Rumer stated, “Her name is a mix of things I love.”
Rumer also said that she took inspiration from her father too, as she explained, “We wanted to give her options and me and my dad’s favorite singers are Lou= Louie Armstrong, Etta= Etta James, Isley= Isley Brother.”
Actually, the name was going to be “Louretta,” but Thomas forget to put “r” while he was texting with the family, so the name ended up being, “Louetta.”
