PREGNANT COUPLE LOST THEIR LIVES ON THE ROAD, AS THEY WERE GOING TO THEIR FAMILY HOUSE TO SHARE THE BIG NEWS AT THE CHRISTMAS DINNER
A 24-year-old couple, Parker and Chloe Stott, from Arizona, was happy when Chloe learned that she was pregnant. And to announce their pregnancy, the couple chose the Christmas dinner that their family will held.
Unfortunately, the couple never reached to their parents house, as they lost their lives while heading to the Christmas dinner.
What happened to them was stated by a Facebook and an Instagram account which were dedicated to the couple, on the 22nd of December, 2023. The pair left Arizona on the 20th of December, and sadly, had crushed into a semi-truck head-on, at 8:20 p.m.
The couple were driving on Wickenburg, Arizona’s U.S. 93, as they were heading to visit their family for Christmas. But unfortunately, their passing had changed the holiday season for their family.
Chloe, as described, was an inspiring, supportive and an uplifting person towards others. Unfortunately, she lost her life at the scene. But the things went worse, because she was recently found out that she was pregnant. The couple were going to talk about their pregnancy at the Christmas dinner they were heading to.
The couple were expecting a boy, which they learned recently. Chloe’s husband, Parker had survived the car crash with serious injuries, where his lower body received the most, while his upper body was unharmed.
After he was rushed to Phoenix’s Valleywise, and after his surgery, the medical team explained that they needed to amputate his right leg for his leg was burnt a lot.
“He is intubated and heavily sedated and will probably need to remain in that state for a while until all the surgeries are complete.” His family stated.
On the 24th of December, in a new update, Parker’s family stated that he had his third surgery, the medical team explained that Parker’s injuries were more serious than they expected, and things were not good for Parker.
And short after that update, his family stated in the new update that Parker’s vitals were dropping, as he was slowly passing away. His family and friends had gathered around him to say their goodbyes.
As Parker had fought hard for his life, at 6:47 p.m., he gave his last breath, and went to join his wife and son.
As devastated their family were, they will keep a good memory of the couple, as they were positive and happy people. The family stated, “We know they will be watching over us, cheering us all on until we get to reunite with them again. We love you forever, Chloe & Parker.”
The friends of the couple wanted to help their family, so they started a fundraiser in the name and honor of the couple.
As people had shared their story, one of Chloe’s friends, Kristie Michaela had shared from her Facebook account that Chloe was a “beautiful aesthetician friend of mine,” who passed away in a car crash.
Over $100,000 was raised for the funerals and the medical expenses of the couple, but there were much more money needed for the expenses. Kristie wanted people to donate as she stated, “I cannot imagine the hurt they all must be feeling, and my heart is heavy for everyone involved.”
