MOTHER WAS SHOCKED, WHEN SHE SAW THE NANNY WAS BREASTFEEDING HER SON FROM THE HOUSE CAMERAS

A mother had thought that she found the perfect nanny for her child, as she needed to continue to her work, since she was a military mom. Later, she saw on the cameras that the nanny was breastfeeding her son.
The mother had shared her story on Reddit’s r/AITA subreddit. She had explained the story, and stated her actions and asked that if she was wrong or right with her actions.
The mother had explained that with her husband, they have a five-year-old daughter, and ten-month-old son. Since with her husband, she is active on their duties with the army, they needed a nanny to help them with their children. The mother had explained, “From the first couple weeks of his life to about his 6mo mark, we had a less than great experience with a young woman we initially hired to watch our kids”
The mother had explained that her children loves the daughter of neighbor too, as she loves the children as if they are her own. Whenever the mother had asked, the daughter was always there to help.
As they were talking, she had said to the nanny that she is unable to produce much milk for her son, and she is receiving milk from the donors. The nanny was so inquisitive about the subject, as the mother had shared.
She had explained that there are many cameras to watch her children, as for the times that she is away from her home to work. But as she was trusting the nanny, she didn’t needed to check her from the cameras.
As she was having a rough day at work one day, she decided to see her kids, and have some happiness, since they are the sunshine of her life. But as she stated, she saw, “My nanny was sitting on my bed, rocking my son, and attempting to breastfeed him. I almost felt sick, it just seemed so inappropriate.”
She waited to confront her, until she was back home. She had talked to her, and she was sad about the situation with her milk production, and wanted to help. “She said she wanted to help me because of my milk production issues and never meant any harm.” the mother had explined in her post.
The mother stated that as she was great towards her children, she is now wondering that if she had missed some actions of her, towards the children, since she didn’t felt that she needs spying on her.
A Redditor said, “NTA. I would be pissed. You don’t know if she has any health issues going on that she could pass on to your kid. She very much crossed a line. Does she even produce milk right now? Or was she just trying to breast feed without even having anything to feed him?”
