MOTHER AND DAUGHTER COULTN’T HIDE THEIR DISAPPOINTMENT AT THE GENDER REVEAL OF THE FOURTH CHILDREN OF THE FAMILY

After the mother and her eldest daughter learned that the gender of the baby was girl again, they were disappointed. When the mother shared the moments from the gender reveal, she received criticism towards her disappointment.

The mother, Kendra Evens, had shared the gender reveal of their fourth children with her family, from her TikTok account in 17th of September, 2023. When she learned that she is going to have another daughter, she was disappointed, as her eldest daughter.

At the video, the family of four were standing next to a Jack-O-Lantern, and it started to smoking ping. “We get a girl?” Said one of the daughters.

Some people behind the camera was disappointed too, as they said, “What? Why do we have to get a girl?”

And another person was heard saying, “Girl gang all day,”

And as Kendra couldn’t hold her tears back, her husband comforted her as he rubbed Kendra’s back.

Since Kendra had three daughters, she wanted a boy. She was sure that the fourth children would be her last, so she wanted a boy. When she learned that she was going to be a mother of a girl again, she was disappointed along with her eldest daughter.

Kendra stated, about her apperaing at the video, “All of my emotions immediately hit me, I couldn’t help but cry. There was no control of my emotions at that point, especially being pregnant,”

She stated that her daughters were wishing for a brother too, and she wanted a son after three daughters. She also stated that feeling disappointed about the gender of your child is normal, as she stated, “Gender disappointment is real, both for mom and/or dad. Our feelings are valid as humans and gender disappointment should be more normalized. You don’t know anyone’s situation or feelings, and just because somebody is initially disappointed doesn’t mean baby is not loved,”

As a caption for her video, she stated, “Gender disappointment is real so [don’t] judge us, little did we know our [Nellie] would complete our family & we [couldn’t] be happier to be raising our 4 daughters! [Couldn’t] imagine life without that sweet girl.”

As she is currently a mother of four daughters, she is working as the owner of a coffee truck, along with her sister. She also talked about how her daughters had changed her, and brought joy to her life.

Kendra explained that her daughters are sharing an amazing bond with each others as sisters. She stated how their bond had affected her too, as her daughters characters are shaped with that strong bond, and love they feel against each other.
