54-year-old iconic Hollywood actress, Jennifer Aniston, praised with her naked appearance in her recent show, The Morning Show, after two decades of acting.
She always had attention with her beautiful physique, as she is 54 right now. She had stated that she is keeping herself fit, as she force herself, when she works out, to her limit.
She dedicates herself when she starts her work out routine, even sometimes she wakes up before dawn for her session.
After 50, as she stated, she is working out, as much as her body lets her to. She had adressed her routine as, “I can do 20 minutes and get as good of a workout as if I work for an entire hour. We think we have to work out for a solid hour and that can be a bit intimidating.”
“I have incredible results, if not better than anything I’ve ever done before without the aches and injuries…I don’t weigh myself…”
In her recent show, The Morning Show, she had her first nude scenes in two decades of acting, where there was a intimate sex scene with Jon Hamm.
Since 2006, it is her first nude scene. Back in that year, she had a nude scene in the movie, The Break Up.
“It was a closed set, and two very grown-up actors who really understood the nature of storytelling and were very much a part of it. We wanted it to be sensitive. We wanted it to be sexy.” She had said.
Her fans had praised her with their comments regarding the scene.
“…shes clearly got a FANTASTIC body.”
