GRANDMOTHER HAD GAVE HER GRANDDAUGHTER A DNA TEST AS HER GRANDDAUGHTER WANTED TO TAKE
A granddaughter had wanted her grandmother’s help, as she wanted to take a DNA test to learn that if she was really the child of her parents. Since she had blonde hair, and the whole family had black hair, she was suspicious, and when her parents had denied her to take an ancestry test, she decided to take a DNA test.
The grandmother had shared the story on Reddit’s r/AITA subreddit. She had stated that her granddaughter, Lindsey had came to her when her parents denied her to take an ancestry test. The granddaughter had adressed her suspicions to her grandmother, and they decided to take a DNA test for her.
Then they found out that she was not from her mother, as her father had left another woman pregnant, and his wife had adopted Lindsey.
They learned from the parents, after they confronted them when they received the results. Because she helped her granddaughter to learn that, the parents are mad at grandmother now, and doesn’t talk with her, which makes Lindsey more mad at them.
She explained that at the time of the birth of the children, the grandmother was away, so she had no idea that an event like that happened.
