News of their relationship were huge, because no one believed that he would be in a serious relationship, as Cowell had statements in that regard.
The couple had first met back in 2006, in Barbados. They met through Andrew Silverman, Lauren’s ex-husband. Through the years, they became closer, and even, Cowell was attending their holidays too, and then when it was 2013, they had stated that Silverman was pregnant, from her affair with Cowell.
Few days later, Andrew had divorced from her, as he was not good with the current situation about being cheated on.
Their son from their affair, Eric, was born in 2014, on Valentine’s Day. As he was known with statements like he would never be a father, being with Silverman must have changed him, because he said, “He’s the most amazing thing that ever happened to me. I adore him.”
He also revealed that he had problems while he was trying to connect with his son, but once he did, he is unseperateble from Eric.
It is known that he has a net worth of $600,000, and as it is reported, he is making $50 to $100 million annually.
He had worked a lot for his wealth, but he is one of the rich celebrity that doesn’t leave a dime from their wealth to their offspring.
He is believing that being born into the wealth, and keeping it makes people lazy, makes people the forget the appreciation of hard work, and he believes that everyona needs to work and create their own legacy.
As he is stated, he would love to see his son, Eric, in the head of the business empire he had built from the scratch.
He had stated that, “I would do what my dad did. I would have him start as an intern, learn the job…”
For his wealth, he had stated that he will give it to the charities and various organizations that could help people who are in need.
While he was on an interview with Loose Women, his son Eric had joined him, and he was asked that if he would be okay with his son being on one of his shows, and appear as a judge.
Cowell had stated that he would be completely okay with it, as long as he is staying on his fathers side of the desk, and not in front of it.
