AS DAUGHTER HELPED HER MOTHER WITH THE WEDDING, SHE LEARNED THAT SHE WASN’T INVITED

Daughter had explained that after the divorce of her parents, she decided to stay with her mother. As she was thinking that they are now living as they were against the world, the boyfriend of her mother, Andrew came. Since she was happy with Andrew, the daughter was happy for her mother.
As the proposal came from Andrew, and her mother accepted, daughter started to organize the wedding. She started to look for locations, the dresses, and the restaurant, where the reception will be.
As she was happy that she was helping, she was devastated, when she received the news. It was a week before the weddding. Her mother wanted to talk with her. “Honey, I need to tell you something.” Her mother said.
She explained that Andrew’s parents were incredibly religious, hence Andrew didn’t talked about that his girlfriend was married before and had a child. He was afraid that they would bring disturbance to their relationship, so he kept her past as a secret.
“They should not see you at the wedding,” her mother said. The daughter was devastated, as she couldn’t believe that the person who she loved the most in the world, didn’t wanted her presence, at her happiest day.
As she was sad, she knew that her mother was sad too. That was why she decided to go with their plan, as she wanted to make her mother happy, away from distress.
She watched the wedding from far, as she cried a lot, while her mother was preparing for the big day. As she had planned everything, she wasn’t a part of her creation.
But the wedding was not perfect either, since the cake was dropped, they had lost the ring. She was feeling like she watched a comedy movie from distance. And at some point, a drunk relative, talked about the former marriage of her mother, which created the drama the wedding was trying to stay away.
She was feeling guilty that the in-laws had learned about her mother’s former marriage, had made her put a smile, the wedding turned into a catastrophe.
But once she saw her mother’s face, she was sad again, both Andrew and her mother were devastated, as their secret was revealed, and that caused a massive trauma.
After the wedding, she had a long talk with her mother. Both cried, and her mother had apologized from her. She felt that whatever happens, she is her mother, and she will love her no matter what, as her mother does.
