ANDIE MACDOWELL WERE SPOTTED WITH HER CASUAL DRESS AND SILVER HAIR AS SHE WAS NOT WEARING ANY MAKEUP
She had started her career as she was a model for Armani, Yves St Laurent and Calvin Klein. When it comes to acting, she had appeared on the screens for the first time in 1984, with The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes.
She had received her nomination for the Golden Globe with Sex, Lies & Videotape in 1989.
But with her role in Groundhog Day in 1983 she was started to gain fame as an actress. And then in 1984 she had appeared in Four Weddings and a Funeral.
As she had accepted her gray hairs while the COVID was shaking the world, she had stated, “At the very beginning of quarantine, my hair started growing and every time my kids would see me, they kept telling me I looked badass with my gray hair,”
“When I pulled it up in a bun, all you could see was the salt and pepper, which is what I am, you know, dark and silver. I like to compare myself to George Clooney because why not? I’ve been saying for a while now it was time for me, personally, to make that transition because I felt like it was appropriate for my personality and just who I am.”
As her managers had stated that it is early to be in grays, she had stated, “I’m going to be more powerful if I embrace where I am right now. It’s time…If I don’t do it now, I won’t have the chance to be salt and pepper. I always wanted to be salt and pepper!”
She had captioned a post she shared from her social media account in 2022 that, “As we age, we deserve dignity and pride.”
“We deserve to feel glorious! I’ve always said there’s no expiration date on beauty.” Andie had added.
She had started to work with her daughter in the Netflix series, Maid, 28-year-old Margaret Qualley, from her ex-husband Paul Qualley.
Her daughter Margaret said, “You walk in the room and you have your mom playing your mom–that’s the biggest cheat in the world. That goes all the way from the inherent eye rolls that are built-in when your mom says something.”
For her character, and the character of her mother’s, she had stated a conversation from the show as, “that she’s proud of her. It felt like my mom was telling me that she was proud of me, and it was just one of the coolest things that’s ever happened to me.”
Andie had stated that it would be lovely to be acting with her daughter as, “Every moment was precious for me. I really wanted to do a good job because it meant everything to me because I was scared it would never happen again.”
