AFTER GETTING HIT BY A CAR, INJURED DOG HAD PULLED HIMSELF TO SAFETY, AND SAVED
Buster, as he was named after being hit by a car in Bahamas, saved by Florida Urgent Rescue on the beginning of this year.
As it is reported, after the car hit him and ran away, the injured dog, had dragged his legs to look for a shelter, as he was in pain.
It is stated that the poor Buster had dragged his back legs for weeks as he couldn’t move them.
“His kneecaps were raw and bloody down to the bone from dragging on the pavement,” Florida Urgent Rescue had stated from their social media account.
“His underside was raw and infected, he was miserable, and everyone just passed him by as if he were invisible.”
As Buster had received the best treatment from the Florida Urgent Rescue, he move around the foster houses. He is paralyzed under rear-end, and as doctors had stated, with the acapuncture treatment, he will recover mostly, and may be able to spinal walk.
“Through it all, Buster is getting more comfortable and confident each day,” stated by Florida Urgent Rescue.
“Despite his terrible injuries, this is probably the best life Buster has ever had. He’s getting lots of attention, he’s not hungry and searching for food, and he’s getting lots of love.”
On the adoption page of Buster, “As a paralyzed pup, he needs a little extra help, but within minutes of meeting him you’ll see that he is absolutely worth it,” is written.
