ADOPTED DAUGHTER OF BRAD PITT, ZAHARA, DIDN’T MENTIONED HER FATHER’S NAME IN HER SPEECH AT HER SORORITY HOUSE, WHICH PEOPLE HAD SHOWED THEIR SUPPORT TO PITT
The eldest daughter of, former Brangelina, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, had started her college life as the member of Alpha Kappa Alpha house of Spelman College in Atlanta.
Zahara was seen in the video shared by Essence, where she was enthusiastic towards her sorority, when she was introducing herself.
In the video, it was seen and heard that she didn’t said her father’s name as she introduced herself. “My name is Zahara Marley Jolie, coming all the way from the Golden State in the city that is full of angels, Los Angeles, California. I am this line’s number seven.”
She had dropped the “Pitt,” from her name, as she had introduced herself to her sorority.
“That’s a shame seeing as how life could have been different for her, and he played a part in changing her life for the better.” Wrote a fan on the internet.
“Why are they giving Brad such a hard time?”
“I just hope this young lady is making decisions based on her own reality because to reject a parent is a BIG DEAL and should not be influenced by other people’s experiences or recollections.”
Back in August on 2022, Pitt had shared his excitement, and how proud he was about the enrollment of his daughter, Zahara, at Spelman College.
Pitt had revealed that his children starting their lives, as they are attending to college, makes him emotional, since they are stepping in to the adulthood of their lives.
Brad Pitt always shared his love towards his children, as he was talking on the interviews. It was 2011, when he shared that with Angelina Jolie, they had decided to adopt, before their marriage.
And on that time, they had found their eldest daughter, Zahara. They were happy to add their adopted daughter to their family.
In 2005, he had decided to enroll to the lives of Jolie’s adopted children, as their adoptive father, when he took the legal actions. As he had filed a petition in Los Angeles, they had created their family as Jolie-Pitt.
For Pitt, the adoption comes from the connection that created by the suffering, and the feeling of responsibility towards to the one who needs help.
Brangelina had tried to adopt their children from the suffering areas of the world, like, Maddox from Cambodia, Zahara from Ethiopia, and Pax from Vietnam.
“I have seen children suffer—like our oldest daughter [Zahara]. I know she would not be alive [if she hadn’t been adopted].” Pitt once said.
