HER DOOR GOT KNOCKED, AND A WOMAN STATED THAT “I’M THE WIFE OF YOUR HUSBAND”

The woman of the story was married for seven years, happily, with her husband, David. She got the shock of her life, when a woman had knocked her door, and said, “Hi, I’m Angela, your husband’s wife.”
They had talked, and she learned that Angela was innocent as herself, because both of the women was lied by David that he was a single men, when they met. As they had talked, both were hurt and angry, Angela said, “We could ruin him.”
“We could expose him, let everyone know about his deceit.” said the owner of the story.
“We could contact his workplace, his friends, his family. Public humiliation would devastate him.” Angela agreed.
Then the woman had another idea. “Or drain his finances, demand hefty alimonies that would hit him hard.”
They had various of ideas of how they would get revenge from David, as both of the women were devastated and frustrated.
They had thought about damaging his car, or sending letters of information about his double life to his family and colleagues.
But as they were talking, they come to notice that what revenge they plot or do, it wasn’t going to relieve the pain both of the women had experienced, or help them recover from their condition.
“What if we just walked away? Left him to stew in his own mess?” asked the woman.
As Angela heard that opinion, she had smiled with relief, as she said, “Yes. Let’s reclaim our lives, not waste more time on a man who doesn’t deserve us.”
Both of the women had filed for their divorce, and went away from David. With Angela, the woman of the story became friends, as they had suffered from the same man.
As she moved away, her loneliness had healed her. As she stated, “My life is now filled with simple joys and the company of good friends. The scars of betrayal had healed into lessons of self-worth and resilience.”
