HER FIANCE LEFT HER AT THE ALTAR, AS 200 PEOPLE WERE WATCHING THEM, HE CONTACTED FIVE YEARS LATER

Emily met with David, while they were in Stanford University. David had worked hard to reach his status, while Emily had a wealthy family, where they can open or create doors for her.

They had different stories, but decided to blend their stories. As they were ready to get married in front of their 200 guests, she got left at the altar. Her bridesmaids had explained her the situation.

She stand there, devastated. Her father had tried to console her, as he said, “Emily, sweetheart, it’ll be alright. We’ll sort this out,”

After five years on pain, she had pushed her on her career, and became a workaholic. One day, she had received a message from her ex-fiance. He wanted to meet with her, talk with her.

“”I need to see him. I need to understand,” I admitted tearfully.” she explained.

They met in a coffee shop. Then she had learnt that her father had arranged their split, as he talked with David, before their grand day. He had threatened David, as he stated that David doesn’t deserve his daughter, and if he proceeds with the marriage, he would destroy his life and career.

“I never wanted to leave you, Emily. I fought every day to make things right. I worked hard these last few years to get money and be able to pay for our wedding and our life together. Your dad won’t be able to force me out of your life now,” David said to Emily.

David had stated that he wanted to be in a stable financial status, so he would contact her again, as Emily had created her own career in that five years.

They both cried, and suffered from the pain again, which led them to separate.
