Iconic name of 50s, Elizabeth Taylor was a grandmother of ten, and for her grandchildren, she was not the iconic, legendary name of Hollywood, but a loving, squishy, delicious grandmother.
Her granddaughter, Laela, from her son Michael, had stated that, “She was that person who saw injustice and started talking about it and never stopped talking about it,”
She had stated that her grandmother, Taylor was an inspiration for all the women of the world. Then she had explained that her grandmother had gifted her a neckleace from her youth, and also she gave another neckleace when she was marrying.
“It was a gift that she had received from our grandfather, Michael Wilding. So that was very precious to me.” Laela had stated.
Her another granddaughter, Naomi Wilding also has very good things to say about her grandmother, Taylor.
“I remember sitting on the floor of her dressing room and just watching her get ready — just [watching] this sort of transformation unfold. Just because somebody is a superstar doesn’t also mean that they can’t be a loving, squishy, delicious grandma who was always welcoming us in,” Naomi had stated for her grandmother.
Elizabeth Carson, her another granddaughter, from her adopted daughter, Maria, also loved her grandmother who did her makeup.
As all of her grandkids, Elizabeth too has some memories with her, as she said, “For my junior and senior prom, she did my hair and makeup.”
Her grandsons, Caleb and Andrew Wilding are from her son Christopher. Caleb was adopted when with his wife, Getty and Christopher had some miscarriages on their attempts to have a child.
After adopting Caleb, his wife Getty became pregnant with their second son, Andrew.
Her other grandson, Tarquin Wilding had stated, “I often think about how lucky I am to have been born into a group of such wacky, caring, sensitive people.”
As he stated that he is grateful for the family that his grandmother had created and raised for him to be a part of it.
Her one another grandson, Lowell Wilding had created the Elizabeth Taylor Archive, to celebrate her career as an actress, and also a loving grandmother.
Her ninth grandchild, Rhys Tivey had decided to went on the same route as his grandmother and started her career as a musician on the entertainment industry.
Richard is the youngest grandkid of the family. As her parents are not in good terms, he is living his best life with his family.
