With her recent successful performance at the her concert in Oklahoma, she had received many praising comments for her “fabulous” legs, as she had shared some pictures from the concert.
Her true fans would know that she is having an intense workout for those legs, who many people loves the musculer look of her legs. But she doesn’t only works out her legs, as she is working with a personal trainer that plans her whole-body training routine.
Her trainer, Eve Overland, had shared her training plan, as she had stated that Underwood is an amazing client, as she is committed to her workouts.
As Overland had stated for Underwood, she had said, “Working out and staying healthy is just a way of life for Carrie,”
We can see that in her workout routine, there are both upper and lower body movements, that helps to build her amazing body.
As she had stated, her favorite movements in her workouts that are lunges, deadlifts, and squats. And as she works out a lot, she has her energy, stamina and will to continue her never ending show schedule.
