18-YEAR-OLD SON OF BEN STILLER, IS THE SPITTING IMAGE OF HIS GRANDFATHER
57-year-old iconic Hollywood name Ben Stiller, has his illustrious career as an actor and a comedian in the industry. As his parents were in the industry, he followed his father’s footsteps, and found himself a big place in the acting business.
His mother, late comedic actress Anne Meara was a well known figure in the industry, along with his father, Jerry Stiller. The couple had stormed the 60s, as they were the members of Compass Players.
“Stiller & Meara,” their duo, had performed on TV in the show, “Toast of the Town,” for 36 times. Then Mera had acted in some TV shows, like “Sex and the City,” and “The King of Queens.”
As Jerry continued his career in Broadway, later he starred the iconic show, “Seinfeld.” And in 1997, he received an Emmy nomination, and in 1998, Jerry received the American Comedy Award.
And he appeared in his son, Ben Stiller’s movies, “Zoolander,” and “The Heartbreak Kid.” As his father had affected Ben, Ben had affected his son too, in terms of career chosing.
He welcomed his son with his wife, Christine Taylor, Quinlin Dempsey Stiller. He is 18 currently, and already had appeared in some movies along with his father. Christine stated that their son likes the spotlight, as he had appeared in “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa,” “Megamind,” and “Locked Down.”
On the last month, 18-year-old Quinn had appeared on the red carpet along with his parents, for the event of Project ALS’s 25th Anniversary Gala.
Christine Taylor was looking mesmerizing in her black dress, and red lipstick, while the father and the son were looking handsome in their suits.
After the fans had seen the pictures of the family, from the red carpet event, they had saw the resemblance between Quinn and his grandfather Jerry. One fan stated, “Their son looks like his Grandpa Stiller!…”
Quinn and his sister is close to each other, as their parents had explained the beautiful bonding they had with their family.
“We really do enjoy hanging out as a family. Watching movies, playing silly tennis.” Ben Stiller stated, as he talked about his family, and how they love to spend time together.
And the parents stated that their hardest critics were their children, especially Quinn. Ben had stated that their kisd only seen one of his movie so far, even though they are harsh critics.
Once, Quinn had suffered from a knee injury while playing Nerf basketball, and Ben needed to cancel an appointment to take his son to a doctor. This shows the devotion Ben has against his children, and how he puts his child in front of everything.
When Quinn was 13, Ben had talked about his son, and his love of basketball. Ben stated, “…he’s like a real—like a nice, innocent 13-and-a-half-year-old…”
And for his daughter, Ella Stiller, Ben had stated, “She’s pretty articulate about it, and sometimes it’s stuff that I don’t want to hear. It’s hard to hear…but it’s important to acknowledge.”
