A BOY WAS BORN WITH A HUGE NOSE DEFORMATION, HIS MOTHER HAD SHARED HER RECENT PICTURES AFTER HIS SURGERY

Ollie Trezise was born with a skull deformation that led his brain to grow from the spaces that his skull has, which led his brain to grow from his nose. That condition of his resulted with cyber bullying towards him, as he was called the real life Pinnochio.

As his mother, Amy, is supporting his son, as little Ollie had recovered from every surgery that he had in attemp to fix his nose and brain.

She also calls his son real life Pinnochio, as in the story, Ollie’s nose too got fixed with a series of surgeries.

Amy was worried when she saw her newborn with a huge lump on his nose. And since his birth, they had struggled with coping with his condition. She was questioned about his son’s condition whenever she went out with her son, as she said, “I’d much prefer if people asked me why Ollie looks the way he does rather than just telling me [he is] ugly or pointing and staring.”

Mother of Ollie, Amy is afraid that her son would face bullies in his future, as she is stating that how we look shouldn’t affect the others would act against us.

“It’s absolutely heartbreaking. Once, a woman told me I should never have given birth to him. I nearly burst into tears,” Amy said.

They found out about the condition of Ollie, when Amy was pregnant for 20 weeks. They had saw his brain tissue was forming in his nose, as he had struggled with breathing issues.

As Amy was scared that the operations the doctors were offering might led her to lose Ollie, but the doctors convinced her that in the future, they might face more difficult complications, regarding Ollie’s health.

She is a single mother to her son, Ollie, as the father of Ollie had left them when Ollie had started his surgery when he was 21 months old.
